Yes. Hustle includes identity verification, parental oversight options, secure payments, and clear community guidelines to help create a safe and trusted environment.

All payments are handled securely through the app using Stripe. Clients pay through Hustle, and hustlers receive payouts after the job is completed.

No, you do not have to but it is recommended. Parents can create an account to monitor activity, approve payments, and stay informed about jobs their child accepts.

Hustle supports local, in person services like yard work, babysitting, tutoring, cleaning, moving help, and other everyday tasks. Whatever service you can provide, you can do on Hustle. Product selling and unsafe work are not allowed.

Creating an account is free. Hustle may take a small service fee on completed jobs, and optional paid features may be offered in the future.

Once a job is completed and confirmed, earnings are deposited through Stripe to your connected bank account.

If an issue comes up, Hustle provides in app support and clear guidelines to help both sides. In most cases, Clients and Side Hustlers are expected to work together to resolve the issue directly.

If a Side Hustler does not show up or does not follow through on the agreed arrangements, the job can be canceled and the Client may receive a refund.

If a job is completed but the quality does not meet expectations, insurance coverage may apply if it was purchased for that job. If no insurance was added, the dispute must be resolved between the Client and the Side Hustler.
